Terms and Conditions

1. Registration and confirmation

The inquiry is your binding offer to book our apartments on the conditions stated on our website. The booking comes about with the acceptance of the registration by us. This acceptance by us does not require any specific form. Usually it takes place through our written confirmation as soon as it is possible after your registration.

If our declaration of acceptance deviates in content from your registration or if the confirmation of your special requests is missing, so this is a new offer from us, to which we hold ourselves bound for 10 days. The booking is then made on the basis of this new offer, provided that you explain the assumption.

 

2. Payment

At the conclusion of the contract (booking) more than 40 days before arrival the deposit is 20% of the total price. The balance will be due no later than the day after arrival. Rebooking and cancellation fees are due immediately.  Decisive for the calculation are basically the prices last announced by us until our booking confirmation. These are final prices including fixed additional costs. When booking less than 40 days before the agreed arrival day, the payment is regulated by individual contract.

 

3. Insurance  

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance to cover repatriation costs in case of accident or illness. Moreover, the conclusion of a theft insurance. 4. Replacement persons, resignation, rebooking, non-commencement and non-use of services  

You have the right to demand until the beginning of the journey that a third party takes part in the journey instead of yours. If a third party takes your place, you and the third party are liable to us for the rental price as joint and several debtors. You can withdraw from the booking until the beginning of the journey by explanation. Maßgeblich für die Berechnung aller Fristen ist - also with telephone resignation - respectively the receipt of the written statement with us. We shall be entitled to reasonable compensation in the event of withdrawal by you and loss of the claim to the agreed rental price. Their height is determined according to the originally agreed price and is governed by the flat-rate fees mentioned following:

  • up to 2 months before departure 20% of the rent  
  • up to 1 month before departure 50% of the rent  
  • up to 3 weeks before departure 70% of the rent  
  • up to 2 weeks before departure 80% of the rent 
  • from 2 weeks before departure 100% of the rent

 

Both with regard to the flat-rate cancellation fees and the lump sum for rebooking requests, you have the right to prove to us a lower compensation claim. Rebooking requests can, if their execution is possible at all, be fulfilled only after withdrawal from the booking by a new registration.

 

5. Ineffectiveness of agreements  

The invalidity of some parts of our agreements with you does not result the ineffectiveness of the entire contract.
