After receiving your reservation request , we will send you a reservation confirmation with the total price of your stay, provided the type of accommodation in the selected period is available. If there is no reservation or merely an alternative be possible , we will also inform you immediately and accordingly.

After receiving our confirmation of availability your need to pay the deposit a.s.a.p. as your reservation stays pending and unconfirmed until payment of the deposit.

A deposit of 20 % can be made by bank transfer or by PayPal or directly with VISA , MASTERCARD and MAESTRO credit card. Only after receipt of your deposit your reservation is finally CONFIRMED !
For payment of the final you may use bank transfer before arrival or cash in place. If you want to pay the remaining amount by credit card or PayPal, we will have to charge you 3.5% of the payment amount for the additional cost.
