Apartments with balcony (301 - 305)

These apartments have 50 m² and can accommodate 2 to 3 person. Each apartment a living/dining room with satellite TV / radio (german, spanish and few english channels), an integrated kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed 200x180cm, and a shower room with toilet.

From the 25 m² furnished balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view to the Atlantic, the majestic Teide and a lot of the northern coast of Tenerife.

The balcony is partially covered and sheltered from the wind, so that even on evenings with fresher temperatures, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the illuminated Orotava Valley and the small, cozy tourist metropolis Puerto de la Cruz.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 4 ring ceran field stove with extractor hood, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric citrus press and all kitchen utensils you need on vacation.

In the living room there has a comfortable sofa, on which a 3rd person find enough space and comfort for the night in these apartments.

The apartment has excellent fiberglas broadband highspeed internet connection (ADSL) which is available for a fee of 1,00 € per day.
